# 490d C354–C363 reading index and restart guide

Read the C363 synthesis and checkpoint first. Use the compact restart kit as the active packet; the continuation archive contains all ten sealed evidence packets and all 30 individual deliverables. Earlier archives remain selective reference libraries. Current corrections override stale archived next-step instructions.

## Main result

C354–C363 complete. Shem adjacent-Gear598 comparisons admit600 repairs in MT/LXX and both matched SP rails. The retained primary529 side has a continuous two-segment source comparison460+598=1058→500+600=1100, ending at actual SP Shem birth/death. The related Shem rectangle600+50+600=1250 supports a Shem-held squared-E endpoint comparison1058→1250, with an unadmitted intermediate. Three460→500 source placements reduce to650−130−60 and the same lifespan constants. Both new endpoint constructions retain02/22 at i3/i5, so cumulativea remains unselected; separate17K retains22. Source membership and matching inherited phases remain mandatory. No new global operator, source endpoint, coupled prescription or canonical edit.

SP Shem birth→death600 and SP/MT offset650 give600+50+600=1250. Shem-held squaredE625/529 reaches existing death endpoints;2056/2058 are generated intermediate coordinates without source membership in the frozen register. Flood-close−500 cannot create MT person companions. Three-row460→500 contexts and six placements share constants and do not supply independent witnesses. ## Proposed next step — unexecuted

Test whether the joined460/598→500/600 comparison has a source-qualified cumulative counterpart in the frozen LXX Cainan ON/OFF Shem/Flood annual register. Require actual internal and terminal members and inherited phase ancestry; compare with C351’s existing458+600 repair. Preserve the460 Cainan lifespan and the existing annual-member domain.

The current authorization ends at C363. A new instruction is required before C364.

## Verification and access

All 30 individual deliverables were saved. All ten sealed ZIPs passed CRC, payload hash/size and certificate checks. Fresh isolated replay reproduced 20/20 main DATA/RESULTS outputs and the C363 root-agent second-method output. 1028 main checks, 202 frozen-input/predecessor authentication checks, and 475 separately implemented integer cross-product and source-join checks passed. These are verification counts, not independent witnesses; no new independent-agent review is claimed.

The compact kit includes C363, the C354 Shem gap-source census, C359 joined comparison and C361 Shem rectangle packets, the prior C353 checkpoint/report, and C265 reference checkpoint/certificate. C363 also freezes the scientific DATA, certificates, results and next-step decisions for all nine predecessor steps. File_18 and File_09 are frozen in each packet; File_02 is included in C354 and C363. Source permission, endpoint selection, phase and biography distinctions remain explicit. The joined1100 comparison changes a regular endpoint by42 and is not a replacement preserving the full original Mirror rectangle. The Shem-held1250 endpoint comparison has no admitted single-E intermediate.

Portable replay: run `python3 C363/evidence/check.py --out replay` from the extracted compact kit; compare DATA.json and RESULTS.json with C363/evidence/. The additional check is `python3 C363/evidence/ROOT_SECOND_METHOD.py --sources C363/sources --out secondary_replay`. The other packets have the same main replay convention and their own README.

The continuation archive contains every evidence ZIP under `published/`, extracted packets under `steps/`, and the completion and sealed-packet integrity records. Its PACKAGE_MANIFEST.json records each payload hash and size. The separate completion/integrity JSON records the recovery ZIP checksums.

Actual File_18 and File_09 bytes match their retained hashes; File_02 matches its C354 frozen source. The C265 checkpoint is readable and its certificate hash matches the control. C-series, original unprefixed reports and Engine reports remain distinct. The earlier incomplete September17 local ZIP was not the later verified intact original. Immediate dependencies remain frozen and accessible.
