# C313 evidence packet

Read the C313 report and checkpoint first. The calculation compares exactly five admitted C312 SP Shem-life pairs with their same-index17K Noah requirements, preserving source labels and phase ancestry.

From this packet's root, using Python3 standard library only:

Compare the first command's `DATA.json` and `RESULTS.json` with `evidence/`. Compare the second command's `C313_Independent_Math_Results.json` with the same filename in `evidence/`. The independent script accepts C312 data under `PREVIOUS_DATA.json`; its recorded input hash key retains the descriptive name `C312_DATA.json`.

`SOURCE_MANIFEST.json` authenticates frozen inputs and original provenance. `CERTIFICATE.json` binds scientific outputs and the C312 predecessor; `ARTIFACT_MANIFEST.json` covers all scientific payloads except itself. `REPLAY.json` records author/independent output reproduction and agreement. Integrity hashes are not external endorsements or proof of historical intent.

The44 assertions and16 source checks are verification inventory, not witness counts. Keep exact source biography, center equality, unordered phase-set equality and same-cumulative-component correspondence distinct. A reversed cross-index/phase pairing is proposed for C314 but has not been executed here. Standing external controls are recorded for continuity and need not exist at their original paths to replay this packet.
