# Independent C271 fixed-map audit

24 September 2026. Finite SP regular Noah-birth and Flood-start/close register only. C01 supplies six Noah records and six Flood records. C266 supplies the cumulative LXX OFF ancestry. No source edits, extra regular persons/traditions, date search, or C272 work.

## Fixed equations and complete36-pair criterion

Hold R_N(y)=y−3703, R_F(y)=3105−y, T(q)=q+8993, J₁(x)=2−x and eta(x)=1000(x−1).

For a reflected Noah center N and reflected Flood center H, the exact residual is

r=R_F(H)−J₁(R_N(N))=N−H−600.

Write g_N and g_H for their Gears, c_N=1 for a Noah companion and0 for primary, and c_H=1 for Flood close and0 for start. Then

r=2(g_N−g_H)−c_N+c_H.

The residual vanishes exactly when the two Gears agree and c_N=c_H. The resulting admissible pairings are same-Gear primary Noah/start Flood and same-Gear companion Noah/close Flood. Flood close is an independently attested event boundary, not a newly invented companion Flood rail.

All36 cross-pairs were checked. Six have r=0;30 do not. The residual counts at−5,−4,…,+5 are1,2,3,4,5,6,5,4,3,2,1. The corresponding source separations range595…605. This is a finite diagnostic table, not a request to adopt the mismatched pairs.

Every cumulative source is an existing annual member of the same declared LXX OFF field; every regular endpoint is in the frozen SP event register. The cumulative source roles differ from regular target roles, as before.

For cumulative index i, the source members are F_i=−5290+i and S_i=−5890+i. Their same-index separation is600. TranslationT gives N_i=3703+i and H_i=3103+i; the induced local centers are i and2−i. Thus exact J₁ pairing is precisely equality of the two cumulative annual selectors in this fixed comparison.

## Actual phases and center zero

For each matching pair and each matching reflected input phase delta=±1/4,

The positive branch preserves order, and the negative branch reverses it. The same equation applies at delta=0. For a mismatched pair, the identical residual r remains in both component comparisons; changing phase labels cannot remove it.

## Field coverage and limits

The six exact pairs cover cumulative annual indices2…7, which span five elapsed years between their first and last centers. They are six boundary records, not a six-year or full seven-year cumulative field. The inherited full fields still have indices0…7.

The missing indices0 and1 would require, under the unchanged8993 translation:

Those values are absent from this frozen Noah/Flood event register. Their cumulative source members exist, but their regular images must retain generated status. No G0, extra companion, extrapolated source endpoint, or new offset is supplied.

The positive-side local source centers covered are2…7 and the negative-side centers−5…0. The local junction1 is a comparison center lying between them, not a new event supplied by this finite SP register. The admitted SP matched radii stop at6; this test does not transport other C266 endpoint families or establish a universal chronology map.

## Review conclusion

The fixed maps extend the C270 closing result to exactly six same-Gear, correctly bound SP pairs and recover a complete radius1…6 sequence without fitting offsets. All thirty alternative cross-pairs fail by their explicit integer selector mismatch, in both phases. This is a dependent finite source correspondence. It does not establish six new independent17K witnesses, stored graph edges for every displayed comparison, regular Shem closure, or source support outside the stated register.
