# C310 access, source and package integrity

24 September 2026. Artifact verification only; no new chronology research.

## Current state

C277–C310 is complete:34 newly authorized steps, each with its own report, checkpoint and evidence ZIP. C311 remains unexecuted. All 102 incremental deliverables have successful publication records. The continuation archive also includes the 11 already completed C266–C276 triplets, making 45 report/evidence sets in this continuation.

The C01–C310 locator maps all 310 C-series reports. For C01–C265, current archive-index inspection confirms that the recorded reports, result files and source packages are present. Their report contents were not reread. For C266–C310, current reports, checkpoints, certificates and evidence packages are included in the continuation archive with fresh hashes.

## New-batch verification

- 34 consecutive certificate links verify from the C276 predecessor through C310.
- 34 report/checkpoint/evidence triplets and 681 manifested payloads verify; each evidence ZIP passes CRC and payload-hash checks.
- Each step records two byte-identical calculation readouts. The 741 mathematical/domain assertions and 273 authentication assertions are recorded results, not new independent historical witnesses.
- Every step retains its next-step decision and reason. C310 ends the authorized batch.
- Author review only; no new independent agent review is claimed.

The supplied September17 original is exactly 159,771,259 bytes and matches the recorded expected SHA256 a24741428ab6b1f88577b4571597b442dd35d069664e56dd1e29c3c354157a19. The older handoff correctly described a different, incomplete local copy; that warning no longer applies to this intact supplied file.

The C265 compact kit indexes 423 manifested payloads; the C01–C265 complete archive indexes 4412. They remain reference/foundation libraries. No archive is treated as authority for stale instructions superseded by current corrections.

Original unprefixed Reports01–10 are a separate foundation. Interrupted original Reports11–25 remain unestablished. The new C11–C25 reports are present. The superseded AD1905–1911 comparison has not been executed; redirectedC266 is complete.

## Reproduction

Each packet includes verify_packet.py and PACKAGE_MANIFEST.json. Run:

    python3 verify_packet.py /path/to/packet.zip

The verifier checks packet payloads, the new-batch certificate chain, included new-step nested evidence payloads and the immutable source controls. To reproduce an individual calculation, extract its evidence ZIP and follow its README. Package verification does not rerun the historical research.

No canonical file, graph, source identity, global axis or z-law was changed. The corrected supplemental LXX observation remains awareness only. C311 is proposed, not executed.
