All479 canonical reports and result records are available. C130's downstream-selected Primary_Circuits packet and alternate Dependent_Mirror_Closure remain distinct. For C266, checkpoint authentication is through its payload manifest; the other213 new checkpoints have explicit certificate hash bindings.

Passing research results are inherited sealed records, not479 newly executed calculations. Earlier source-review/replay counts retain their original meaning. This handoff's independent artifact and continuity reviews do not establish independent historical witnesses or design intent.

This exactly matches the expected original recorded before the earlier local partial-copy problem. The old146,961,408-byte partial file and its warning remain historical, not the current status. The new full archive embeds the intact original unchanged. No reattachment of the damaged copy is needed.

The immutable C01–C265 archive is105,886,952bytes, SHA256`a76c7e9d1ed130d95c827fe208192a18230a0e92f951a39e454550b9d5403e64`; its4412 payloads pass. It preserves the original unprefixed ten-step Mirror ZIP, prior recovery/review archives and its full report locator. Eight older nested reference ZIPs were authenticated by recorded or enclosing-manifest hashes and checked for fresh CRC integrity. Their internal manifests were not all separately re-audited.

Original unprefixedReports01–10 remain the separate preserved foundation. Original interruptedReports11–25 remain unestablished. The four Engine reports and two differentReportV studies are separate source-literature numbering. No missing original sequence is silently filled by C-numbered reports.

## New package verification

Both new packages contain `PACKAGE_MANIFEST.json` recording every other payload's exact path,size andSHA256. `verify_handoff_package.py` verifies this manifest and ZIP CRC without running research. The build also checks that every new locator path resolves to the intended report/result bytes. The separate `490d_C479_Handoff_Package_Receipts_20260925.json` gives the final package sizes, hashes and payload counts; it is outside the archives to avoid a self-hash cycle.

The compact kit is an explicitly selected working subset, recorded by `COMPACT_FILE_MAP.json`. The full archive includes all214 normalized C266–C479 packets, original published evidence ZIPs, batch indexes/integrity records, all40 source files, the supplemental input bundle, and the two intact older reference libraries. Private transfer credentials/logs and runtime caches are excluded. No scientific report is omitted by those exclusions.

Audit details are retained under `audit/`: `ACCESS_ARCHIVE_VERIFICATION.json`, `C266_C479_COVERAGE.json`, the unified locator, source inventory, and the baseline-link record. Recorded absolute original-workspace paths are provenance; use the package map for portable access.
