# C311 evidence packet This packet records one bounded source-rule audit following C310. Read the C311 report and checkpoint first. Frozen source copies are in `sources/`; the manifest records their original provenance and hashes. The three rule sources are File_18, File_09 and AXIS_REPORT. C302/C310 data defines the already computed target. From this packet's root, replay with Python 3 (standard library only): ```bash python3 evidence/check_c311.py --out replay ``` Compare the generated `DATA.json` and `RESULTS.json` with the corresponding files in `evidence/`. `REPLAY.json` records the author's separate byte-identical replay. `ARTIFACT_MANIFEST.json` authenticates the packaged payloads; the certificate binds the report, checkpoint, evidence and C310 predecessor. These hashes are integrity records, not external signatures or endorsements. The 15 automated assertions concern citation bindings and retained arithmetic/domain facts; 10 checks authenticate sources and predecessor bindings. They do not automate semantic review or prove that a rule is absent. The bounded source-rule judgment is explained in the report and source reviews. Two reviewers separately read File_18 and File_09; the author reviewed AXIS_REPORT. No new endpoint census or independent historical corroboration was performed. `NEXT_STEP_DECISION.json` proposes C312 without executing it. `CONTROL_INTEGRITY.json` records checks against standing workspace controls at completion; those external controls need not be present to replay this packet. The predecessor certificate and selected outputs are included, not the entire previous evidence chain. Earlier provenance remains available through the C310 continuation archive.
