# C268 final independent mathematical review

Reviewed the completed C268 report, checkpoint, and exact verifier, including the frozen C209/C224 statements used for inherited midpoint and phase-restoration claims. No material mathematical or provenance error found.

- The two scales1196 and1300, their25/23 ratio, and all sourced and generated center images agree with the retained C01/C206 records.
- The report correctly distinguishes two fits of the same admitted local bracket from one full-ladder fit whose extra preimage is generated and outside the seasonal lattice.
- Local actual seasonal components correctly change role to target pair centers. Target phase restoration remains separate from raw affine dilation.
- Same-anchor local reflection becomes reflection about Creation a; global reflection correctly requires the opposite-anchor chart.
- The first midpoint’s SP-only companion identity and the second midpoint’s generated status are explicitly preserved. C209 and C224 support the inherited qualifications attributed to them.
- A separate verifier execution passed127 assertions and emitted six output files into C268_review/final_replay.
