# C331 independent source death-partition review

24 September 2026. All four complete C287 SP rows, i2…5, were retained. For each existing Noah birth N, the death D was selected independently from C286 with the same SP Gear, rail and OFF/Terah0/full430 context. M is the actual same-Gear MT Noah birth in restoredON/Terah60/full430. R remains C287's admitted next-Gear MT Flood start or close.

**Result:** every admitted SP path gives `950+108=1058=2K`. Adding the actual MT Noah birth gives460+490+108 for primary rows and459+491+108 for companion rows. The latter are valid source chains; they do not acquire an imaginary MT companion to retain460+490.

Thus the actual M→R remainder is598=490+108 in the two primary rows, and599=491+108 in the two companion rows. Noah's950 and the108 death-to-R comparison survive all four cases.

## Source availability and controls

The complete held MT Noah register in this context contains3246,3248 and3250. The required `N−460` coordinates are3245,3246,3247 and3248 across i2…5. Only the primary cases have an admitted MT Noah record. The two companion requirements3245 and3247 are absent globally within the held MT context, not merely absent at the selected Gear. Their required quarter-phase components are also absent. No permitted phase reassignment changes the actual companion chain into460+490+108.

This reproduces the frozen C281 coverage control. File_18 §3.2.1 supplies matched SP Noah birth/death rails and retains the primary death's inclusive/harmonic qualification and the lower death's ordinary-companion qualification. The person-companion rule is SP-local. R's close state comes from MT's independently admitted Flood-year boundary, not an imported person companion.

The two primary N coordinates also carry the already recorded LXX Noah labels. Those aliases are retained in the audit as Noah labels only. The four completed death paths here use SP deaths; no new LXX death path is claimed.

## Exact phases and prior art

All16 independent quarter-phase assignments were checked per source chain, for64 trials. Exactly eight preserve all annual legs: all-minus and all-plus for each of the four rows. Complete preservation requires equal physical output offsets at N, M, D and R. It does not merge their source identities or inherited ancestry.

The existing C10/C287 relation already supplies the four2K endpoints and the adjacent-Gear start/close selector. The frozen bounded locator did not find an earlier explicit950+108 or490+108 dissection, but this does not establish archive-wide novelty. The present contribution is an explicit source-qualified interior partition of the retained2K edge, including its companion failure boundary. Its additional sums are dependent interval arithmetic, not new independent historical witnesses.

## Reproduction

`C331_Independent_Audit.py --sources DIR --out DIR` uses the standard library and frozen C287/C286 data, C281 report, File_18 and prior-art locator. It preserves all source records, global MT membership checks, coincident Noah aliases and64 phase trials. **97 checks passed.** The script, results and review are frozen for handoff. No MT companion, new endpoint/context/phase, LXX death path or C332 calculation was generated.
