# C274 author consistency review

Reviewed against the frozen C273 proposal and C266/C270/C271 immediate evidence.

- The allowed cases are baseline and one omission each of A/B/C; all preserve 598, source coordinates, global Mirror and the inherited phase convention.
- Both endpoints of C yield the same row, not two independent constraints.
- Exact row reduction gives rank three at baseline and rank two in every omission case. The omitted residual is a nonconstant affine expression while retained residuals vanish.
- Baseline-centered expressions describe all solutions. Parameter zero is not selected in an omission case, and no source-date fit is performed.
- Rational solutions are formal extensions. Integer parameters retain the existing annual centers and phase labels. No extra K-divisibility requirement is added.
- Local J1 survives from 600−598 independently of the three audited equations. Its survival does not establish the necessity of the held 598 assignment.
- Radius is the absolute signed displacement. A selected endpoint may stop being outermost. Six fixed source bindings need not remain six distinct radius magnitudes when LXX placement is free.
- Cumulative SP translation s and regular SP local maps induced through LXX are distinct. Removing C releases only the former within this system.
- The regular matching residual cancels l identically. C271's six matches and thirty nonmatches are inherited through this identity; the historical 36-pair campaign is not rerun.
- Individual field/envelope widths survive; baseline combined joins, endpoint ordering and union widths are not silently retained after placement changes.
- C272 baseline chart classifications remain prior results only. No changed-placement chart scan or calibration is claimed.
- The restricted algebraic irredundance result is not evidence of historical necessity, global minimality, absence of support elsewhere, or historical admissibility of all parameter values.
- Fifteen original inputs and four standing controls were checked unchanged. Six generated evidence files replayed byte identically.
