# C932–C1031 halfway checkpoint

This packet freezes exactly 100 completed actions, C932 through C1031, of the authorized 200-action C932–C1131 cycle. It is a halfway checkpoint, not a completed cycle. All 44 source snapshots, the pinned C931 predecessor, research.py, algebra.py, verify.py, available independent reviews and all model/deliverable artifacts bound by these first 100 actions are included.

Accepted source corrections are preserved in the chronological record:

- C952: the continuation from 12026 to 14726 uses the original 1400 tail (=1406−6) and its reversal gain I(1400)−1400=2700. Equality with the regular trunk's numeral 2700 does not identify their roles; retain the Nativity/tail premise.
- C983: the complete nine-row SP cap ledger incorporates the clarified derivative placement and corrected File 18 local-path locator (§3.1.3). Read the earlier cap analysis together with this completed ledger and its independent review.
- C1031: the source attribution for the 9660|2940 retained-lower family is Supplement A §10.3. Read earlier attributions subject to this correction.

Run `python3 evidence/verify.py --through 1031` to replay this packet without research writes. Add `--require-current-sources` only where original source paths are available. Absolute SOURCE_BINDINGS are identity metadata; frozen source hashes remain independently checkable when originals are absent. The default final gate correctly requires all 200 actions. Do not execute numbered scripts as verification: those import the research journal writer.

The packet was captured while the live cycle could continue. Its journal retains the first 100 unchanged records, later numbered scripts and their bound models are excluded, and all first-100 generated artifact bytes were checked against their record hashes. Unnumbered preparation is included as preparation, not counted as completed actions. Review coverage is stated in each review; checkpoint replay is not a substitute for a full independent mathematical assessment of every claim. Generated cache files and pending records are excluded.
