# C267 final independent review

Reviewed the completed C267 report, checkpoint, and exact verifier for mathematical and source-provenance errors. No material error found.

- The fixed six-field core and auxiliary H records remain distinct.
- The 2500 values are correctly generated half-integer LXX field midpoints. Their phasewise midpoint labels correctly read Nisan/Tishri, with no invented January-centered source pair.
- The 5750/6250 components carry correct LXX source labels and reflection-induced phase reversal. Their MT component co-locations preserve separate histories.
- The 7500 classification correctly distinguishes whole-envelope length from a radius about the fixed junction; hull7250, sum15000, overlap500 and union14500 are consistent.
- The proposed radial E map correctly sends the inner component to the outer one while failing to preserve the complete phase pair and phase lattice.
- A separate execution of the verifier passed all138 assertions and emitted six output files to the review directory. No prior research campaign was rerun.
