# C271 independent source-binding review 24 September 2026. Selectively read controlling File_18 §§3.1, 3.1.4 and 3.2.1; the frozen C01 event register; and C266's LXX OFF Flood/Shem endpoint ledger. Independently checked the finite mapping with exact rational arithmetic. No canonical or graph edits and no C272 work. ## Controlling source interpretation File_18 uses a native SP G2 Noah primary/companion pair 3493/3492 and Flood start/close 2893/2892. Adding the declared 215 years gives the retained full430 comparison frame. The SP person companion is local to Noah/Shem; the Flood close arises independently from the one-year Flood event. Both controls apply in all three admitted regular Gears. For any one fixed Gear, let P be primary Noah birth, C=P−1 its companion, S the Flood start and F=S−1 the Flood close, expressed as BC bases or as their reflected positive centers. Then: | Noah/Flood binding | Completed-year difference | Source qualification | |---|---:|---| | Primary / start | P−S=600 | Cardinal 600 source binding | | Companion / close | C−F=600 | Companion Noah and independently defined Flood close | | Companion / start | C−S=599 | Ordinal 600th-year reading; not 600 completed years | | Primary / close | P−F=601 | Cross-boundary comparison, not a revised Noah age | “Companion/close” is shorthand for a relation between two independently typed endpoints. It must never rename a Flood close as a person companion, transfer that rail to MT/LXX, or make the two 600 bindings separate independently attested chronologies. File_18 itself describes the six stations as ordinary Gear plus SP-local adjacency with named bindings. ## Finite ancestry ledger The fixed C270 maps act on reflected regular centers y: - Noah birth: hN(y)=y−3703. - Flood boundary: hF(y)=3105−y. The inherited cumulative preimage is q=y−8993 in both roles. Let j index the C266 source fields from their openings, so cumulative Flood base=5290−j and cumulative Shem base=5890−j. All twelve regular endpoint records map to actual admitted cumulative records with **j=2 through 7**: | j | Gear | Noah binding and reflected center | Flood binding and reflected center | Cumulative Flood/Shem BC bases | Local Noah/Flood centers | |---:|---:|---|---|---|---| | 2 | G1 | Companion 3705 | Close 3105 | 5288 / 5888 | 2 / 0 | | 3 | G1 | Primary 3706 | Start 3106 | 5287 / 5887 | 3 / −1 | | 4 | G2 | Companion 3707 | Close 3107 | 5286 / 5886 | 4 / −2 | | 5 | G2 | Primary 3708 | Start 3108 | 5285 / 5885 | 5 / −3 | | 6 | G3 | Companion 3709 | Close 3109 | 5284 / 5884 | 6 / −4 | | 7 | G3 | Primary 3710 | Start 3110 | 5283 / 5883 | 7 / −5 | Every Noah/Flood row has regular difference 600. Its cumulative source row likewise has Shem/Flood difference 600. The local centers are exactly **j and 2−j**, so their sum is 2 and they are paired around the inherited local junction 1. This equality follows from the fixed shifts; no new translation is chosen for a Gear or companion. The corresponding local phase pairs are: | j | Local Noah image | Local Flood image | |---:|---|---| | 2 | AD 2t/3n | 1t BC / AD 1n | | 3 | AD 3t/4n | 2t/1n BC | | 4 | AD 4t/5n | 3t/2n BC | | 5 | AD 5t/6n | 4t/3n BC | | 6 | AD 6t/7n | 5t/4n BC | | 7 | AD 7t/8n | 6t/5n BC | The table uses no civil year zero. For j=2 the negative-side image is center 0, whose actual pair crosses from 1t BC to AD 1n. It must not be abbreviated as an invented year-zero pair. For each row, the exact components calculated from the regular record agree with C266's already frozen cumulative-image components. hN preserves the reflected pair's component order; hF reverses it. Their unit coefficient magnitudes preserve the half-year separation. The original BC seasonal ancestry and event roles still differ as established in C270; common local phases do not equate the sources. ## Cross-bindings and the bilateral qualification Pairing companion Noah with Flood start within the same Gear uses cumulative indices jN=2g and jF=2g+1. The source difference is599 and the two local centers sum to 1, giving midpoint 1/2. Pairing primary Noah with Flood close uses jN=2g+1 and jF=2g. The source difference is601 and the two local centers sum to 3, giving midpoint 3/2. Thus these cross-bindings remain source-qualified comparisons, but they are not the equal-index 600 pairing around the held local junction 1. Their pair midpoints do not relocate the global Mirror axis or authorize a new axis convention. Both named bindings and their exact completed-year differences must be retained. ## Coverage and source status The two finite regular sets recover six of the eight annual boundary records in each relevant cumulative field. They do **not** cover the whole seven-year cumulative fields. Indices 0 and 1 would require Noah centers 3703/3704 and Flood centers 3103/3104, which are absent from the fixed C01 SP Noah-birth and Flood-boundary sets. No G0 or additional companion may be introduced to fill them. Six consecutive boundary centers span five elapsed years. The selected local Flood-source image is [2,7] and the selected reflected-Shem image is [−5,0]; neither contains the junction center 1. Full C266 fields remain [0,7] and[−5,2]. The six covered rows must not be described as complete source-field coverage. All twelve cumulative preimages are supported endpoint records, rather than generated dates outside their fields. The systematic pairing and transported comparison are nevertheless derived constructions using the retained 8993 translation. An endpoint's source membership does not by itself certify a stored directed graph edge between it and another endpoint, an independent historical witness, or a universal chronological operator. C127 remains frozen; C269's previously certified graph and later-route distinctions continue to apply. The map test is confined to regular SP Noah birth primary/companion and independent Flood start/close in G1–G3 under the held comparison frame. It supplies no permission to vary cumulative Gears, transport regular Gears before Noah or after the bounded hinge, or reopen the quarantined primers. ## Review conclusion The source bindings and exact ancestry support six complete 600 comparisons with componentwise local counterparts, including the inherited G3 closing bracket. The 599/601 cross-bindings remain distinct and shift the pair midpoint. The result is a finite correspondence covering cumulative indices 2–7, with separately retained source identities and graph status.
