Step 4 of 10 in the C414–C423 authorization.\n\nThe unfiltered finite census finds **exactly one labelled four-station person profile at2K**: the SP companion/MT profile identified in C416.\n\nAll96 available person contexts were grouped by tradition, local rail, Gear and the three variants. Every context has the four Noah/Shem birth/death records. All4560 unordered context pairs were then compared, with the higher coordinate first; no tradition, variant, Gear or529 filter was used to construct the trial menu. The offset histogram has416 values, including24 zero-offset alias pairs and4536 positive-offset pairs.\n\nFor each trial, all four station differences agree. This is expected from the shared source-context construction; it is not four independent tests of a hypothesis. Among those offsets,1058 occurs only once. The winning upper settings are SP companion G3/C1/T1/F1; lower settings MT G1/C0/T0/F0. Both the complete profile and all unfiltered trial rows are recorded in DATA.json.\n\nTwo local rail controls are especially useful: at the same upper variants and Gear, replacing SP companion by SP primary gives1059; using the LXX native record also gives1059. Therefore the minus-one is doing real work here and remains explicitly local to SP person records. No MT or LXX companion was manufactured.\n\nThis is uniqueness within the frozen96-context person menu. It is not a probability estimate or a claim that no other construction is possible. The remaining immediate issue is whether the same offset respects the independent Flood-start and Flood-close records.\n\n## Verification and limits\n\n4660 main checks and 14 frozen-input/predecessor authentication checks passed. A second main replay produced byte-identical DATA/RESULTS. These checks and the source interpretation were performed by the root agent; no new independent-agent review is claimed. All frozen originals and standing controls remain unchanged. Verification counts are not independent-witness counts.\n\nAll comparisons are finite source-context arithmetic. No broader Gear, source generation, historical probability, global axis or canonical edit is introduced.\n\nMirror/529 focus: K=529, E=25/23, P=70/69. Global paired Mirror January AD1; local junction January AD2; no civil year zero. Regular Gears are Noah/Shem/Flood only. SP minus-one person companions remain local to SP Noah/Shem; Flood close is a separate boundary. No upstream/cumulative Gear, new endpoint or phase, fitted anchor, global axis, primer reopening, canonical or graph edit. Capture now; canonize later. Source identity, context, modal binding, generated coordinates and phase ancestry stay distinct.\n\n## Decision after this result\n\n**C418, proposed and unexecuted:** Audit Flood start and close for the unique2K person profile, first with both selected contexts fixed, then with the available three-Gear event controls. Distinguish a mixed-boundary600-year station from an entire same-boundary Flood-year translation.\n\nThe census establishes finite uniqueness. Flood records have no SP person companion, so the next useful check is the boundary where that distinction can change the result.\n"}
