Determine which distinctions must survive a template reduction, so an incoming arrow and an outgoing arrow are composed only when they share the actual source interval and compatible source labels. Use C426, C470–C472, C480 and the inherited fixed-arrow evidence selectively; add nothing to the event or operator menu. High is sufficient.
