Independent review: C564–C571

Reviewer: source63 sub-agent. Date: 2026-09-28 UTC. Scope: exact scripts s564.py–s571.py, corresponding journal entries and report, and the relevant controlling File61/62/63 sections. This review does not certify other steps or rerun the historical corpus.

Result: arithmetic and source-use PASS. Eight scripts replayed; all 21 checks passed, and every replayed input, source list, result, finding, and reassessment matched the journal. One minor terminology correction is recommended below.

Replay safety: imported research.py, replaced begin and finish with in-memory comparison functions before executing any step, then used runpy on each script. The original journal-writing and pending-file functions were never called. No source or journal edits were made.

StepSource check and judgment
C564File61 §§17.3–17.5 explicitly gives14006→2246→1406,11760=35×336,840=35×24,12600=35×360. The further ratio E/P=15/14 is exact and appropriately described as a connection to calendar calibration.
C565File61 §17.6 explicitly gives14009.5−2249.5=11760 and restricts the lower840 leg to the Nisan state. Holding1406 while moving the other two coordinates yields843.5 and12603.5, exactly as reported. The diagnostic is not an alternative canonical Conquest state.
C566File61 §17.7 explicitly separates cumulative Cainan+460 and Apparent Age+30 and gives14496−2246=12250=25×490. The intermediate heads14466 and14036 are direct isolated-operation outputs; their presentation does not promote them to replacement anchors.
C567File62 §8.3 already states the general23u→25u, gain2u table at u7,3.5,1.75. The step correctly reconstructs and integrates existing source grammar; it should not be counted as a newly discovered numerical relation.
C568File62 §§8.6B–C and File63 §1.3 explicitly supply402.5+80.5=483,402.5+E80.5=490,P483=490,E483=525 and525×336=490×360. The calculation avoids reopening the source’s1486 comparison node.
C569(P−1)/(E−1)=(1/69)/(2/23)=1/6. Thus(5/6)S+E(S/6)=PS, and the source483 partition supplies the required80.5 terminal part. The report correctly distinguishes general algebra from permission to introduce arbitrary dated partitions.
C570(J−1)/(E−1)=(1/299)/(2/23)=1/26. The path is source-supported: File63 §7.3 has14004→1929=25×483; §7.4 has14004→1446=26×483; File62 §8.6 also explicitly has1929→1446=483. Therefore12075+E483=12075+525=12600=J12558. No fitted breakpoint or source edit is required.
C571Holding14004, whole J moves1929 to24552/13 and1446 to1404. Leaving the first leg unchanged and applying E only to1929→1446 also ends at1404 but retains1929. Junction separation525/13 is exact. The distinction between equality of evaluated total spans and equality of ordered paths is essential and correctly stated.

Allocation interpretation

For a path total S with admitted terminal fraction f, applying E only to that terminal leg gives the effective factor1+f(E−1). Hence the P and J cases are two instances of the same calculation at f=1/6 and f=1/26. The source supplies both required partitions. This is substantive compression of execution rules, while the selection and placement of the partitions remain source inputs.

The J comparison uses a mixed source path: cumulative Creation completion14004, regular Jacob’s call1929, and Exodus1446. Their arithmetic assembly is authorized by the cited carrier construction; their shared place in a mathematical path does not turn the three nodes into one chronological mode. The report retains that wider distinction through its source references and endpoint/path qualification.

Minor terminology recommendation

C570’s title currently says “Derive the Jubilee allocation identity.” Its operator J is300/299, the Enochian Key in File12, File17, File63, and the C531 synthesis. Prefer “Derive the Enochian allocation identity” in subsequent presentation or a recorded editorial amendment. This is a naming issue only; its inputs, equations, and conclusions are correct. No local edits were made by this reviewer.
