C932–C1031 checkpoint verification

The frozen prefix passes independent read-only replay: 100 sequential actions, 234 recorded checks, 44 source snapshots, 44 available original source copies, and 139 single-pass inverse calls. The pinned C931 predecessor and its three final-artifact snapshots are verified. The last record is C1031, SHA-256 57e419f93ebb5dc55f022e4835cb6c89772fcc347cdb300835ebbcfa7d83f938.

All 41 generated artifact bindings in the prefix match their captured bytes and hashes. All 100 numbered scripts match the existing C1031 verification's script hashes. The packet includes research.py and the exact-rational algebra.py helper, all 44 frozen source files, and available independent reviews. Corrections C952, C983 and C1031 are retained prominently in CHECKPOINT_README.md and in their original records; no historical record has been rewritten.

This review verifies checkpoint integrity and reproducibility. It does not extend the substantive mathematical review beyond the coverage stated in the included reviews. No numbered research action was executed through the production writer. The final archive will additionally be checked for safe relative paths, duplicate names, CRC errors, manifest completeness and hashes, and an extracted replay; the external archive report will bind those results to the ZIP hash.
