Detached C1181 checkpoint review

PASS. The extracted checkpoint replays 50 actions and 136 checks, verifies one complete Strategy review, and requires zero original source copies. It verifies all 44 frozen source snapshots, 86 inherited files, the frozen C1131 journal chain and 14 generic predecessor final-artifact bindings.

The C1181 Strategy certificate binds the completed C1181 record and the full 29,743-byte Strategy, with all 29 section hashes and the required assessment fields. Its timestamp follows action completion. This checks the certificate's coverage, identity and ordering; it does not infer thoughtful reading from hashes alone.

Archive checks pass: 263 safe unique entries, 262 manifested payloads, complete hashes and valid CRC. Every extracted entry, including the manifest and all old inputs, remains byte-identical after replay. The live first 50 records also remain unchanged.

Detachment uses a separate subprocess that hides original-workspace file availability and denies its opens while allowing the extracted packet. A deliberate original-journal read is rejected as a negative control. Replay hides 45 original availability checks and makes no original read attempt. Original files and absolute binding metadata are not moved or rewritten. No cycle helper, journal, input or archive was edited.

detached1181_review.json contains the complete replay report and hash details. The final packet will require its own extracted replay of all 300 actions, all six Strategy reviews, and the final artifact bindings and portable delivery references.
