Independent review of C1008–C1031

PASS: 51 exact checks; no numerical correction required.

The review freshly parsed the frozen source tables, used a separate rational-elimination implementation and fraction-free Bareiss determinants, and checked all generated artifacts cited by these24 records. It imported neither the root algebra helper nor the preparation matrix helper and did not replay numbered scripts. Source snapshots and preparation bindings agree. Exact results, locators and reviewed journal hashes are recorded in INDEPENDENT_C1008_C1031.json.

FamilyIndependently checked coverageAssessment
EsauNine literal counts,12 combined measurements, both9×9 bases,14-register field and five independent relationsRanks9/8 and determinants+1/−1 verified; both inverse products are identities.
TishriAll seven source category rows, templates, four margins and three extra constraintsRank4 becomes7 under the stated predicates; removing predicates restores the stated freedoms.
Sukkot/festivalComplete daily sequence, three positive bull-sequence diagnostics, all nine forward boundaries and reverse-order fitEvery result matches; the diagnostic retains its fixed role positions.
NT knotTwo exact equations, their kernel, metric extension and placement basisThe equations have rank1; the additional source metric supplies70; the two co-registrations recover6BC/70 conditionally.
ToledotAll eleven occurrences and ten sections, unique obstruction, multiplicities and formal closureCount recovery and reflection recovery remain correctly distinguished.
NT coarseningAll eleven seven-edge blocks and twelve selected boundariesReflection permutes every complete block and selected boundary.

C1026 makes the essential distinction accurately: section multiplicities recover the eleven-occurrence measure and the5|1|5 count, while reflection remains obstructed on the ten unexpanded sections. The Esau class{9,10} still has images in two different section classes. C1027's extra Adam/Noah merge is clearly identified as a formal obstruction witness and is not adopted as a source grouping. C1028 correctly distinguishes a point quotient, an invariant boundary subset, and interval coarsening.

The Esau determinant1 result establishes exact integer-coordinate recovery. It does not imply that every arbitrary integer measurement vector represents nonnegative animal counts, nor that nine independent source numbers have been reduced to fewer than nine. C1011 explicitly preserves the latter limit. The additional20 and50 matches depend on the particular source counts, whereas the five row dependencies follow from incidence alone.

The Tishri templates contain source numbers, including the Sukkot vector. The reconstruction therefore remains conditional on those templates, equal festival amplitudes and daily44. It does not contradict the earlier result that margins alone fail to identify the ledger. C1016 also retains both decrement1 and the uniform nonbull17 allocation as inputs.

The NT rank and metric conclusions are exact. The70-year unit is not derived independently by the two Key arrows: their equations are proportional. The later2450/35 relation and3856/1406 co-registrations supply additional source information within an already constructed display. C1022 states this limit correctly. Likewise, C1018 rejects a changed order under unchanged role positions; it does not reject the legitimate reverse source walk with its own positions.

One minor source-locator refinement should enter the synthesis: C1021's2450/35-slot premise is in File54 §§8.6 and13.2. Section6 controls the Key fork cited there. Add the metric sections to the final source reference; the calculation is unchanged.

C1030's inherited SP-cap row and C1031's earlier-cycle summary were checked for consistency with their stated scope, rather than re-auditing those earlier numerical proofs. The corrected attribution of the9660|2940 retained-lower family to SupplementA §10.3 is directly confirmed, as is the100-record prefix throughC1031. No journal or canonical source was changed by this review.
