The completed cycle directly delivers its four-part product and explains complete selected families through shared source information and distinct measurements. Stages A–B are represented by frozen rows and local mechanisms; C–F by explicit domains, provenance, finite actions and conserved/residual quantities; G by the concise common presentation; H by clearly identified inherited/fitted extensions and a proposed future transfer test. Current File18 and latest File52c remain controllers where the older Strategy examples differ.

Last fifty actions. C1382–1398 closed independent prose reviews and finalized the reader, companion, four grammar components, indexes and navigation. C1399–1400 discovered and supplied four inherited support files needed for portable source review. C1401–1408 rendered and visually inspected the14-page main reader and7-page companion. C1409–1424 validated the release structure, recorded Strategy progress and contribution status, and built a verified portable reader bundle. C1425–1431 wrote the outcome/handoff, verified frozen inputs and sequential discipline, passed the299-action preseal replay and sealed all300 actions.
