Next bounded question
Can the frozen ordered-measurement and source-change construction account for the complete Enoch-centred 70/72 and 180/182 carrier family with fewer additional choices than a direct restatement of its source table?
File69’s source-appointed carrier family is a suitable candidate because it already distinguishes complementary spans and named boundaries. The first action of a future cycle should inventory exactly which of its values and rules have already been used in fitting the present grammar. It must not be described as untouched evidence.
Before testing, freeze the selected source edition, complete output table, labels, carrier widths, endpoint roles, admissible states and counting conventions. Declare which quantities are supplied and which are to be reconstructed. Use the existing row-change, accumulation and anchored-operation rules only where their input roles match. Record any necessary new operation or source condition as an explicit extension.
The useful result would be a complete reconstruction, a precise failed transfer, or a small justified extension. A successful endpoint after an added free shift would not answer the question. Report all generated outputs, including misses, and compare the retained input/choice cost before interpreting the agreement.
This is a continuation proposal, not an executed test in C1132–C1431. It follows the delivered common explanation and leaves the inverse of the inverse deferred.
