Portable prefix review through C1114
Disposition: PASS. Both ordinary and detached replay verify exactly 183 actions and 463 checks. Current verification checks all 44 original copies; portable verification checks all 44 frozen snapshots with zero available original copies and verifies the frozen C931 predecessor. All ten historical Covenant draft reads replay through the existing strict version bindings.
The diagnostic archive was frozen to C932–C1114 while the live cycle continued. It contains 442 entries; later numbered scripts and later deliverables were excluded. Before extraction, safe member paths, duplicate absence, ZIP CRC and every manifest hash were checked. All extracted payload hashes remain unchanged after replay.
Original-workspace files were made unavailable in a separate subprocess by an availability gate and an audit rule denying their opens, with the extracted packet allowed. A deliberate original-journal read was rejected as a negative control. During replay, 45 original availability checks were hidden and no original read was attempted. Originals were not moved, renamed or rewritten. Absolute source bindings and both frozen manuscript versions were preserved exactly. No cycle input, helper, numbered script or journal record was modified by this review.
The captured delivery Markdown has no broken links, and the SVGs have no external resource references. Final integrated prose and reading-guide links were not yet present through C1114 and need checking after assembly. Reader entry links should select the corrected *_Final.svg / *_Final.png maps. Relative file links support downloaded-ZIP navigation; absolute sandbox links support the chat delivery context. Earlier maps remain recorded evidence.

Full current/portable reports, binding identities, gate details and delivery inventory are embedded in portable1114_review.json. This is a reproducibility and packaging gate, not a claim that all research judgments have independently been proved. The final C1131 ZIP still requires its own extracted replay.
