C651: first twenty steps

Two mechanisms explain the new File70 material. First, equal seven-year rails generate the complete cross-span matrix from a translation T. The calendar rows add fixed offsets: T, T−14 and T−26. Their simultaneous half-calendar divisibility selects T=2366 as the smallest positive member of T=2366+32760q, conditional on those offsets. Second, the five-position pattern (7,1,0,−6,−7) generates both Creation refinements and, at tenfold scale, Terah’s refinement. Jacob and Joseph share its coarse three-position projection.

Restoring the supplied regular Cainan130 preserves the shape while selecting the calendar-compatible placement; it does not establish a historical insertion mechanism. Enoch’s supplied close adds a role-specific5:7 internal cut to2352. The source premise and its generated consequences are therefore visible separately.

Next: reconstruct File70’s reflections and indexed cumulative paths, then use Supplement A to connect retained subdivisions, phase centers and calendar calibration. File52c remains primary; second decimal inversion stays deferred.
