# Independent review of C482–C501

Reviewer: SP source-check agent, independently assigned by the root researcher. Date: 27 September 2026.

## Scope and result

Read the twenty journal entries, all twenty corresponding step scripts, and both rendered Markdown research reports. Checked the principal source states against File18 §§2.1.3, 3.1–3.2, 4.1–4.2 and 6C–6D, File51a §§2–3, 16–17, the latest File52c backbone treatment, and the Strategy's calendar calibration. Replayed the twenty scripts with a read-only replacement for the journal writer: all 47 supplied assertions passed, and every computed result matched the journal. This checks the published calculations and their declared inputs; it is not a new historical, statistical, or exhaustive repository audit.

No numerical correction is required. C483 correctly records the LXX diagnostic weighted point as **13014**, with shift988 and residual4940. The earlier13114 draft expectation was corrected before completion and does not occur in the reviewed completed result. The SP calculation correctly uses completion13396 with regular4414, giving57998/5 and shift−2132/5.

SP is substantively included: its regular+300 and cumulative−608 changes are traced to different row projections; the Lamech53rd-year/52-completed-unit distinction and653-inclusive lifespan remain explicit; and its transmitted Rounded Creation block4416/4411 supplies positive3010 and4410 block relations. No substitute4406 state, upstream Gear transport, or invented SP rounded cumulative path is used. LXX main182/753, native Cainan ON, and corrected339/339/330 lifespan rows are retained.

The reports distinguish shared arithmetic rules from shared endpoint values. No universal12026 anchor or unrestricted endpoint projection is asserted. The incomplete rounded cumulative comparison is reported as uninstantiated rather than repaired. Boundary and phase terms remain separate from the row projection.

## Three wording qualifications for the synthesis

1. **Derived LXX path status.** C489's rounded Noah3836 and Flood3236, and its Noah refinement, are derived transfer-test results from the declared Rounded Creation5486 and rounded intervals. They are not an independently tabulated LXX rounded path in File51a. Prefer “the same Noah refinement applied as a derived LXX test.” C495's reassessment should distinguish the MT source paths from this declared derived LXX refinement when discussing “source-admitted” refinements. No arithmetic changes.

2. **Decimal formula domains.** C498's three-digit core formula applies to10(100a+10b+c), with a,c in1…9 and b in0…9. Its two-digit core formula applies to100(10a+b), with a,b in1…9. These restrictions state that all trailing placeholder zeros have already been removed from the core. Without them the printed formulas could be misapplied to an input that belongs to a different core-length case. All reviewed source examples satisfy the appropriate domain.

3. **LXX frame wording.** Define `LXX_native_ON` as **“LXX with native second Cainan ON, in the full-430 comparison frame, Terah+60 OFF.”** Here “native” describes Cainan's inclusion, not the Sojourn/minimum frame. File18 §3.1.4, lines1542–1552, explicitly states this full-430 setting, with MT/SP second Cainan OFF, LXX second Cainan ON, LXX Creation5494, Flood G2 start→close3238→3237, and fixed Arphaxad3236. The minimum-frame counterpart is obtained by subtracting215 from the affected regular dates: Creation5279 and Flood3023→3022. The source explicitly prohibits pairing Cainan-OFF Creation5364 with native-ON Flood3238.

No journal, step script, or canonical source was modified by this review. The three qualifications are to be carried into the final synthesis and the root's review reconciliation.
