# Independent review of C692–C709

28 September 2026. Reviewer: LXX/source agent; a separate reviewer independently spot-checked C704–C709 against the literal source.

## Disposition and scope

**All arithmetic is correct.** The review read the eighteen step scripts and the controlling Supplement A passages, then performed 31 fresh exact-fraction comparisons from literal input rows. It did not execute the numbered scripts or import their research writer. The comparison record is `REVIEW_C692_C709_CHECKS.json`.

The corrections are source locators, rather than numeric results: C704 needs §§13.1–13.2; C705's reflection is §13.3; C706's overlap table is §13.4; C707's conditional uniqueness is §13.5. The exact node roles, chart distinction and amendment status below should remain explicit in the final explanation.

All source locators refer to `project_sources/14-file_70-supplement-a-key-of-23-fine-resolution-720-30-rail-2-.md`, SHA-256 `7a3a2b42ad70a08f9b44b087106b4f6517924c13a00817ecfadf1326da11b968`. The working source and cycle's frozen copy were already confirmed identical in the preceding review. This reviewer prepared the earlier §§8–11/13 source memo; the present arithmetic was recomputed from literal source values, with a separate source spot check for the phase module.

No journal, numbered script, canonical source, remote field, Gear transport, primer or deferred decimal operation was changed. The review checks fixed source reconstructions and does not change the protected SKL treatment or infer permission to extend it.

## C692–C695: two anchored MT routes and their retained paths

Sections 9.2–9.3 (lines 1646–1720) supply the complete two-route comparison:

| Source head BC | Source state | Held anchor BC | Key | Radius before / after | Gain | Generated head BC |
|---:|---|---:|---|---|---:|---:|
| 4114 | Standard regular MT | 1446, Exodus | E | 2668 / 2900 | 232 | 4346 |
| 4304 | Regular MT +60 Terah +130 Cainan | 1406, Conquest | P | 2898 / 2940 | 42 | 4346 |

The source-state difference 190=60+130 equals the gain difference 232−42. The completed radii differ by 40, compensating for the 40-year anchor separation. These are two explicitly anchored affine maps, not one global transformation from every MT date. The source's “common operator-parent” describes the shared generated head; it establishes neither a transmitted MT Creation date nor historical/compositional priority (§9.3; guards at lines 453–457).

Section 9.8 (lines 1895–1933) independently supplies the whole raw path 4304→2648→1406. Its spans 1656|1242 have ratio 4:3. Applying the declared P map about 1406 gives 4346→2666→1406, with spans 1680|1260 and the same ratio. C694 correctly retains both 2648 and 2666 as generated seams in this comparison; neither inherits another source's event identity merely through its label.

Sections 9.4–9.6 (lines 1722–1858) supply the complete carrier and companion:

| Role | Carrier-close path | Five-year forward companion |
|---|---|---|
| Head | 4346 BC | 4341 BC |
| Enoch/SKL joint | 2876 BC | 2871 BC |
| Conquest side | 1406 BC | 1401 BC |
| AD terminal | AD 65 | AD 70 |

Every adjacent civil interval is 1470, including 1406+65−1. Translating the whole elapsed-time coordinate path forward by five gives the second column pointwise. Its 2871 node has a separately supplied Long-center role; the 2876 node remains Enoch's close. AD 65 is the carrier terminus and AD 70 the Temple companion. Equal path geometry preserves these distinctions.

## C696–C698: the directional matrix and complete quartet

Section 8.5 (lines 1367–1441) specifies the complete four-row family. Using the positive-BC anchored map D(k,a,x)=a+k(x−a), direct recomputation gives:

| Declared row | Held label a | Moving source label x | Signed radius | Key | Output | Output if only the Key is swapped |
|---|---:|---:|---:|---|---:|---:|
| Short forward | 3626 | 2936 | −690 | E | 2876 | 2926 |
| Long forward | 3576 | 2886 | −690 | P | 2876 | 2826 |
| Short reverse | 2216 | 2906 | +690 | P | 2916 | 2966 |
| Long reverse | 2166 | 2856 | +690 | E | 2916 | 2866 |

The wrong-Key column is a diagnostic, not an admitted companion family. The single equality (E−P)690=50, combined with the declared signed directions and 50-separated held points, entails both convergences. C697 correctly treats the four outputs as dependent consequences of that rule.

The labels do not all have one source class. The moving labels 2936/2906 are Short source anchors and 2886/2856 Long source anchors. The held labels 3626/2216 belong to the generated Short ladder; 2216 also has a File68 schematic co-registration. The held 3576 is a dependency-controlled comparison node, while 2166 is the supplied Abraham birth node. These inherited roles are required even though all four input magnitudes equal 690.

Section 8.6 (lines 1443–1487) supplies the whole quartet:

| BC label | Role in this comparison | After the supplied −1470 translation | Biblical comparison role |
|---:|---|---:|---|
| 2946 | Generated field companion; co-registered Enoch opening | 1476 | Joshua birth |
| 2916 | Direct reverse-Key convergence; generated pure-720 landing | 1446 | Exodus |
| 2906 | Short physical source anchor | 1436 | Generated comparison rail |
| 2876 | Direct forward-Key convergence and Enoch close | 1406 | Conquest |

Its gaps 30|10|30, total 70 and midpoint 2911 are preserved under translation, with translated midpoint 1441. Only 2916 and 2876 are direct outputs of the four-row Key calculation. The other members complete the already controlled field; equal coordinates or spacing do not identify Enoch/SKL nodes with the translated biblical events. C698 states this correctly. The two relevant source guards occur at lines 432–433 and 447–448.

## C699–C700: full civil refinement and coarse grouping

Sections 11.1–11.4 (lines 2240–2359) supply all eight nodes:

`4836 BC → 4346 BC → 2946 BC → 2876 BC → 1406 BC → 6 BC → AD 30 → AD 65`.

The independently reconstructed intervals are

\[
490|1400|70|1470|1400|35|35=4900,
\]

with generation counts 7|20|1|21|20|1/2|1/2. The civil crossing is 6+30−1=35; no year zero or Rounded-axis convention is inserted.

Grouping precisely the four middle intervals gives 490|4340|35|35. Dividing those scalar interval lengths by ten gives 49|434|3.5|3.5. The coarse and detailed rows are resolutions of the same ordered source path. The scaling does not by itself supply a new anchored date map or a literal 434-year historical interval. Section 11.6 (lines 2372–2382) retains AD 30 as a schematic midpoint/possible Passion state, AD 33n as the parent-preferred Passion state, AD 65 as carrier terminus and AD 70 as Temple companion.

## C701–C703: coefficient arms, cumulative insertion and prior corrections

Sections 10.1–10.2 (lines 2067–2129) give 14006−4346=9660=2×4830 and 4346+29465−1=33810=7×4830. Their total is 43470. Applying P/E to the latter span while holding the supplied Projective Pillar AD 29465 fixed gives 4836/7286 BC exactly. The 4836 result co-registers with the inherited cumulative Flood/Enoch pivot; 7286 remains an appendix-generated outer head. The projective boundary does not become an ordinary historical date.

Section 10.4 (lines 2184–2221) gives the complete cumulative insertion pair. The head difference 14466−14006=460 produces radii 9660/10120 about 4346. Under E these become 10500/11000 and heads 14846/15346, separated by E(460)=500. This is a bounded source instance of the affine pair-difference law. Regular Cainan 130 remains a different projection. Both generated heads retain the source's appendix status and are not promoted by this verification.

C703 accurately carries the preceding review's corrections: native 14006 versus generated 14146/14846; §10.3 as the retained-partition locator; 2.5 additional 336-day calendar units producing 840 days as a derived interpretation; and the earlier chart's distinct Nisan/Tishri centers. No further numerical correction is required.

## C704–C707: fixed twelve-phase field and conditional reflection

Correct source locators:

| Step | Exact source |
|---|---|
| C704 | Chart in §13.1, lines 2425–2443; literal set and generator in §13.2, lines 2445–2471 |
| C705 | Translation and affine reflection in §13.3, lines 2473–2502 |
| C706 | Complete overlap inventory in §13.4, lines 2504–2533 |
| C707 | Conditional uniqueness in §13.5, lines 2535–2545 |

The six literal source pairs are 2939t/2938n, 2937t/2936n, 2935t/2934n, 2909t/2908n, 2907t/2906n and 2905t/2904n BC. The January-centered chart assigns x(Bt)=−B+3/4 and x(Bn)=−B+1/4. Directly constructing these twelve coordinates, independently of the generator, exactly matches

\[
X=\{-2921+15r+2g+p/4\},\qquad r,p\in\{-1,1\},\quad g\in\{-1,0,1\}.
\]

The extrema are −11753/4 and −11615/4, giving width 69/2 and center −2921. Every label and phase is accounted for; the indices reconstruct this fixed set and grant no new Gear transport.

For all twelve literal nodes, T(x)=x+5842 maps X onto M(X), where M(x)=−x. The associated R(x)=−5842−x maps X onto itself in six transpositions, with no fixed node. The complete six-row source translation table also matches exactly. R²=id is a property of coordinate reflection. **This is not digit reversal, a second decimal inversion, or File52c's Rounded mirror protocol.** Those deferred operations have not been used.

The four literal totals give the complete fixed-set inventory:

| Translation | Inside fixed M(X) | Outside |
|---:|---:|---:|
| 5840 | 8 | 4 |
| 5842 | 12 | 0 |
| 5844 | 8 | 4 |
| 5846 | 4 | 8 |

After reflection their displacements are +2, 0, −2 and −4. These counts follow from the supplied shape. Comparing centers gives c+5842=−c, so c=−2921; the supplied template's central symmetry makes this condition sufficient. The period alone neither determines the template nor independently supplies its historical placement.

**Chart qualification:** for the same BC phase label, the earlier §4 magnitude coordinate q and the §13 coordinate obey x=1/4−q. Their numeric center labels are not interchangeable. In particular, the earlier 2922t/2921n pair maps to −2921.25/−2920.75 and brackets the January instant −2921; neither member equals that instant.

## C708–C709: anchored placement and the separate Long center

Section 13.7 (lines 2573–2586) and §13.7.2 (lines 2608–2632) provide the source input packet e=1446, Q=1460, F=1440 and rail 30. The full quartet is

\[
(e+Q+30,e+Q,e+F,e+F-30)=(2936,2906,2886,2856).
\]

The gaps 30|20|30 and width 50 comparison follow from that packet. Its source midpoint expression 1460+(1476+1446)/2=2921 selects the same January-center label used by the fixed set. This is co-registration of supplied premises, not an independent date derivation or a new historical witness. Q and F remain distinct 365-based and 360-based body counts.

Section 13.9, line 2706 explicitly distinguishes the Long twelve-node center at −2871 and its own self-Mirror translation 5742. The source's 50-year center displacement changes the required translation by 100. Under 5842 the translated Long center differs from its mirror center by 100. C709 correctly preserves this failure rather than changing endpoints, phases or the field.

## Required amendment status in the final draft

The source header (lines 4–7) and §13 introduction (line 2423) state that the Sothic module is the **September 6, 2026 verification-complete bounded amendment, centrally registered at State Vocabulary Register v1.52 §D.42, but not separately author-Finalized or subjected to a new full-file pressure test**. Its additions remain amendment-local; the inherited August 28 Final's status does not automatically transfer to them.

The twelve-node reconstruction therefore remains a verified fixed comparison within that amendment. It is one correlated structural family. The inherited 446-row evidence inventory and earlier proof weights are unchanged. The 36-node macro field, remote Creation/Flood chains, 360:1 propagation and Long missing-member repairs were not tested or opened here; the guards at lines 2710–2726 remain in force.

Carry the arithmetic forward unchanged, repair the four §13 locators, and retain the source-role, phase-chart and amendment-status distinctions above.
