# Independent review of C1058–C1070 and reader sections 07–18

**Numerical result: PASS.** All 34 independent checks pass. One scope error in the historical C1058 journal wording requires a qualification, and the C1070 question contains a minor count typo. Neither affects the calculated results. No additional correction is needed in the reviewed reader sections.

The review uses the frozen latest File52c, SHA256 `a5ea84562101158b60d0cf296765d6eff38e7a2abda4e74ad1b353dfd13b9530`, and the adopted interface packet, SHA256 `e05037e8b8bd150e5e4130524cbe23cc7cf9f1e8522c5f9c15e463a9b828049f`. Exact checks, section hashes, and issue details are recorded in [INDEPENDENT_C1058_C1070.json](INDEPENDENT_C1058_C1070.json). Calculations use independent rational arithmetic and row reduction, without importing the adopted calculation scripts.

## Concrete qualifications

1. **C1058 register scope.** Its `results.register_wording` says: “Original durations each have exactly one trailing zero; their three-digit cores end in nonzero digits.” This holds for the earlier primary legs 1650, 1050, 9170, and 3430. It does not hold for all components of the four completed paths frozen at C1058: all include 1400, with two trailing zeros and core 14, and the refined path also includes 600, with two trailing zeros and core 6. The completed paths require the general placeholder-preserving operation. C1059 already applies that operation correctly, yielding 4100 from the original 1400 and 600 from the original 600. The numerical fields need no change. Reader sections 08–09 correctly limit their register theorem, while section 11 correctly gives the four completed paths.

2. **C1070 question count.** “From140 completed actions” should read “139 completed actions”: 1070−932+1=139. C1070’s result and finding already contain the correct count. This is a question-text typo only.

## Complete-family numerical review

The four original paths agree with the literal File52c §3.4 table. All transformed components, all prefix sums, all residues, all exact E images, and all anchored coordinates agree with C1059. Their proper-prefix residue lists are 6,2; 6,4; 6,2,4; and 6,9 modulo 23. Therefore only the final cut yields integral converted blocks throughout each complete path. Rational additivity remains valid, and source boundaries remain retained.

The two cumulative branches give completed durations 14720 and 15710 after the original 1400 tail contributes its single-pass value 4100. Their E images are 16000 and 392750/23. Convergence and integral E completion are equivalent selectors in this fixed two-branch domain, rather than independent confirmations. E/P/J calibration gives the common modeled volume 5376000; the P/J comparisons remain conditional. Required selected portions 7360/3 and 7360/13 cannot be sums of whole integer source components.

The 990/1980 gap residues, shortened-core symbolic laws, and reduced divisors are correct. The difference condition is necessary for a declared common integer pivot and does not supply its residue or source authorization. All 64 endpoint entries were independently read from File52c Appendix A.2–A.3 and match the adopted packet. Their difference mesh is 5; the already inherited nine-member set has difference mesh 115. The corresponding E meshes are 125/23 and 125, with the existing reference 1731 mapping to 601 about 14726. These checks do not evaluate new targets or frequencies.

The five raw/reversed/Key measurement rows have rank 2 and primitive kernel direction (10,−101,10). The added Key rows supply no new digit information. The C1068 classifications retain source partitions, original tail, Nativity anchor, licensed route, and grid interpretation. C1069 is properly read as an operation inventory, not a proof of global minimality.

## Reader sections 07–18

The selected Actual and Rounded comparisons remain distinct. The adopted section 10 correctly says **Rounded-to-Actual** for the displacement (−2,+8), following C1081; both selected pairs yield the derived weighted coordinate 12026. The regular aggregate register has the unique solution (2,6,10), and the cumulative register has exactly (12,5,10) and (11,15,10). These results recover aggregate measurements without admitting substitute chronology partitions.

The continuation preserves original tail 1400, its one-pass value 4100, and the anchor change −1400. Section 11 distinguishes whole completion from conditional rational internal positions. Sections 13–16 preserve calendar units and distinguish selective allocation from uniform conversion, numerical recovery from source identity, and endpoint equality from equality of internal components. The allocation/calibration system has rank 3; the retained-part families and the ±35/6 internal defect are exact.

The two-stage pivot congruence and spacing in section 17 are correct. Its fixed J→P diagnostic is obstructed because 3 does not divide −9170. Section 18 correctly separates the 529 duration ladder from endpoint placement. Its AD 12026-held realization uses Rounded counting: 12026+476−2=12500; ordinary civil counting would instead give 12501.

No adopted model, journal, manuscript section, or preparation file was edited. The review performed no second decimal inversion and no new target tally.
