# C63 — Both complete 6877 chains preserve the seasonal components exactly

**The two full Creation chains pass the component-level phase check.** For a signed paired centre x, File_09 Appendix A gives the chronological Tishri/Nisan components P(x)=(x−¼,x+¼). Its no-year-zero civil labels reproduce the retained C50 atlas:

The Creation-to-target totals are 6877,7176,7475,8125 on each rail. Every displayed pair stays half a year wide. Literal reflection reverses the order of the two component times: R(P(x))=P(−x), with the BC Tishri point becoming the AD Nisan point and vice versa. The comparison spans above join same-season components of the declared pairs; they are not a claim that each BC Tishri point reflects into an AD Tishri point.

The source bindings are essential. N02 uses G2 MT Flood start, G2 SP companion Noah death, and G1 MT/SP Noah births. N04 uses G3 Flood/death and G2 births. Thus 598 is the qualified adjacent-Gear Noah–Flood comparison; a coherent same-Gear Noah–Flood interval remains 600. Creation selects a member of its fixed Normal/G2 week and receives no Gear transport.

File_18 supplies annual coordinates, and explicitly cautions that the SP annual stations do not reveal an unstated birthday or fractional phase. This certificate applies File_09's declared paired Mirror state to those qualified coordinates. It neither assigns a new historical birth season nor replaces an explicitly dated biblical event with a seasonal boundary. The advance beyond C50 is exact quarter-coordinate verification and preservation of every source tag, rather than only civil year totals.

**Validation.** 16 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The 14 frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.

**Scope and provenance.** Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.
