# C90 — The two sourced 1058 partitions differ by a46-year interior displacement

22 September 2026 · Step 8 of the authorized ten-step Mirror continuation (C83–C92).

The retained cumulative 2-fold interval and the new Joseph-dissection interval have the same total with different interior records:

\[
460+598=1058=506+552.
\]

In units of 23, this is

\[
20+26=22+24=46.
\]

| Branch | Cumulative ON-Shem / OFF-Shem / OFF-Flood centres | Reflected Conquest / Joseph / upper-Flood centres |
| --- | --- | --- |
| N01 | [-6346, -5886, -5288] | [1399, 1905, 2457] |
| N02 | [-6345, -5885, -5287] | [1400, 1906, 2458] |
| N03 | [-6344, -5884, -5286] | [1401, 1907, 2459] |
| N04 | [-6343, -5883, -5285] | [1402, 1908, 2460] |

The cumulative nodes are the already retained C15 records, not newly selected dates. Normalize each interval by its own left endpoint solely to compare its dissection:

| Construction | Left endpoint | Interior record | Right endpoint | Interior below midpoint 529 |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Cumulative ON/OFF prefix | 0 | 460 | 1058 | 69=3×23 |
| Conquest/Joseph/Flood | 0 | 506 | 1058 | 23 |

The interior displacement is 46=2×23: the first segment increases 460→506 and the second decreases 598→552. The two middle deficits 69 and 23 are therefore tied to named cuts inside equal outer widths. Their relation is descriptive geometry, without reopening a quarantined primer or supplying a new chronology-wide operator.

A single affine map that fixes both normalized outer endpoints must be the identity. It cannot send 460 to 506. Thus matching outer 2×529 intervals does not identify their interior events or carry the cumulative Cainan boundary to Joseph automatically. Each source realization requires its own membership proof.

Paired reflection reverses the order of the two pieces:598+460 versus 552+506. It preserves the 46 displacement in magnitude, with the orientation reversed. The Mirror axis and component inversion remain unchanged.

The cumulative 460, cross-member 598 and Joseph 506/552 are now connected through a common 23-unit dissection. This adds a source comparison, not a second independent calibration of 529.

**Validation.** 19 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The 17 frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.

**Scope and provenance.** Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.

**Source locators.** File_09 §3 and Appendix A (paired Mirror and exact phase); File_18 §§2.1.3, 2.4, 3.1 and 6/6A (regular fields and cumulative collateral source); File_61 §§3.3–3.4, 11.1–11.4 and 14.3 (fixed Jacob events, original Joseph portion and its 500-year Conquest comparison); File_62 collateral-scope guards; frozen C15/C16/C22/C43/C65/C74–C77/C82 dependencies (retained source, phase and family controls). The declared phase model does not infer an unstated birthday or event month from an annual source row.

**Best next bounded step — High sufficient.** Separate Joseph’s exact Moses-member identity from the weaker claim that a target falls somewhere within his derived envelope.
