# C99 — Three 552-year Joseph/Flood placements share the two-anchor structure

The original Joseph envelope and regular Flood starts now provide three parallel 552-year comparisons:

The first uses the cumulative closing member and MT G1 Flood. The latter two are the Joseph-to-upper-Flood portions of N02/N04. Their source classes remain different even when their coordinate shifts agree.

The apparent map sends 1904→2456 to 2456→3056. The ordinary N02 map sends 1906→2458 to that same 600 interval. N04 instead ends at 2458→3058. These apply C67's retained identities to newly named Joseph/Flood inputs:

Both seasonal components follow the same routes. The intermediate apparent 552 interval is source qualified, as are the two 600 images. This supplies another typed realization of the two-anchor relation; the identity itself was already established in C67.

The Joseph changes are selections among original cumulative envelope members. The Flood changes use its authorized regular Gears, and the final N04 shift moves a same-Gear Flood/Noah pair. No regular Joseph Gear or permission to translate the whole genealogy follows from the shared numerical shifts.

**Validation.** 11 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The 20 frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.

**Scope and provenance.** Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.
