C100 — All nine 11/12/13 width cells now have named endpoints with distinct anchors

The completed apparent 12-fold row can now be placed between the retained 11- and 13-fold rows. Every cell has a named endpoint comparison:

The N02 reflected endpoint grid makes the source connections explicit:

Each row uses 25/23 about its own left anchor. The width matrix factors as the column vector(11,12,13) times the row vector(529,575,625). This rank-one structure makes the 12-fold width row the arithmetic mean of the other two; it does not make its event coordinates their unadjusted temporal midpoints.
The ordinary-anchor midpoint coordinates exceed the actual apparent-row targets by 25 on N02 and 27 on N04, at every carrier stage:
Thus the different Creation anchors are essential to the endpoint description. Ignoring them would restore C93's unsupported ordinary images 2481/3081 or 2483/3083 in place of the sourced apparent targets.
On N02, row 11's final Flood equals row 12's middle Flood, and row 12's final Noah equals row 13's middle Noah. These are shared source records, not merely equal numbers. On N04 those respective regular records differ by 2 because the ordinary rows use the next Gear while the apparent row remains the admittedG 1 construction. N04 therefore has the same width matrix without those identical regular junctions.
Nine sourced width cells do not constitute nine independent witnesses. The matrix factorization and repeated event records account for their dependence. The new contribution is the previously missing complete 12-fold source row, with its mixed cumulative/regular identity and distinct fixed anchor preserved.
Validation. 11 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The 20 frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.
Scope and provenance. Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.
