C1635 — Preserved 600-Year Blocks and the Reshuffling of Chronological Families
Date: October 1, 2026
Predecessor: C1634
Status: Completed source synthesis and bounded arithmetic verification.
Next unexecuted action: C1636 — a source-qualified comparison of 600-year blocks and their larger arrangements.
Question and result
Can an intact 600-year block connect regular and cumulative chronological families while permitted variants change its position within larger patterns?
Yes, in the explicitly selected comparisons below. Cumulative Shem's 600-year interval remains intact when restored Cainan moves both endpoints by 460 years. Regular Cainan contributes 130 years, while the regular −215 sojourn and +60 Terah choices change the comparison with regular Creation. Together these yield the named three-position path cumulative Shem → cumulative Flood → regular Creation = 600 + 1200 = 1800, with matching relations at both ends of the seven-year envelopes.
This report incorporates Dean's October 1 clarification into the next numbered C-series action. It also consolidates the earlier same-day X-series discussion of 600 and 480. The existing C01–C1634 reports and C1634 synthesis retain their original scope. This is one research action, not a claim that every equation is an independent discovery or that the historical corpus has been rerun.
1. Source states and notation
All unqualified dates below are BC. An earlier BC label minus a later BC label gives the forward elapsed span. Across BC/AD, ordinary civil counting uses BC + AD − 1. No Rounded cross-axis convention is needed for the new envelope results.
The principal evidence is File_09 §4.1; File_18 §§1.1, 1.4, 1.6.2, 2.1.1, 6A–6B; File_22 §9A.3; File_47 §13.3; and File_63 §8.5. The attached source editions match preserved site records and remain unchanged. The companion verification results record their hashes and section bindings.
Seven-year cumulative envelopes and regular Creation wrappers are different source constructions. Here they are compared component by component: opening to opening and closing to closing. Equal numerical endpoints in Actual-envelope and Rounded registers do not erase their distinct provenance. The new findings use the declared Actual envelopes; they do not require rounding the genealogy.
2. The two complete 3430-year translations
File_09 §4.1 already states these correspondences:
| Cumulative Flood/Arphaxad envelope | Regular comparison envelope | Opening comparison | Closing comparison |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cainan OFF: 4836–4829 | Conquest to land-rest: 1406–1399 | 4836 − 1406 = 3430 | 4829 − 1399 = 3430 |
| Cainan ON: 5296–5289 | Jacob's closing envelope: 1866–1859 | 5296 − 1866 = 3430 | 5289 − 1859 = 3430 |
Both preserve 3430 = 7 × 490. Restoring cumulative Cainan moves the source envelope 460 years earlier; the paired destination is also 460 years earlier: 1866 − 1406 = 1859 − 1399 = 460. The second row changes the named destination from Conquest/rest to Jacob's closing envelope. It does not claim that a Cainan toggle historically moves the Conquest.
The date 1859 is Jacob's death in the full-430 Egyptian-sojourn frame. The date 1866 is the source-controlled opening companion of that closing envelope, not an additional date of Jacob's death. Separately, 1866 also labels the Covenant of Pieces under the −215 variant. Those two roles and states must remain distinct.
3. Shem's preserved 600 and the Creation comparison
File_18 §6A supplies Shem 5436–5429 and Flood 4836–4829, separated by 600 at matching endpoints. Section 6B restores Cainan's cumulative lifespan of 460 upstream of its insertion, producing:
| Position | Cainan OFF | Cainan ON | Displacement |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cumulative Shem birth | 5436–5429 | 5896–5889 | +460 |
| Cumulative Flood/Arphaxad boundary | 4836–4829 | 5296–5289 | +460 |
| Matched interval | 600 | 600 | 0 |
File_22 §9A.3 explicitly names Shem 5896 and Flood 5296 in a larger source construction. Thus the head is source-supported, rather than selected only to obtain the present total.
Regular minimum Creation is 3906–3899 (File_18 §2.1.1). Restoring regular Cainan adds his begetting interval of 130, yielding 4036–4029. The permitted regular Terah +60 state then gives 4096–4089.
| Regular Creation state, with Cainan and −215 | Flood to Creation | Shem birth to Creation |
|---|---|---|
| Without Terah +60: 4036–4029 | 1260 at either endpoint | 1860 = 600 + 1260 |
| With Terah +60: 4096–4089 | 1200 at either endpoint | 1800 = 600 + 1200 |
The complete equations are:
5296 − 4036 = 5289 − 4029 = 1260
5296 − 4096 = 5289 − 4089 = 1200
5896 − 4096 = 5889 − 4089 = 1800
1800 = 600 + 1200 = 3 × 600 = 5 × 360
At both envelope boundaries, the Flood is the one-third junction in the Shem-to-Creation interval. The established named path has widths 600 then 1200. Splitting its 1200 into two further 600s would require a source-appointed midpoint at 4696–4689 BC. That coordinate is presently a calculated candidate, not an established event.
In this comparison the cumulative frame stays fixed while −215 and +60 operate on regular Creation. Applying +60 uniformly to both frames would leave their gap unchanged and would not produce the 1260-to-1200 change. This distinction is essential to Dean's observation about reshuffling larger patterns.
4. A compact explanation of the variant effects
Let c be restored Cainan in both constructions, s the regular −215 choice, and t the regular +60 choice; each is 0 or 1. Use upper-envelope BC labels F for cumulative Flood, S for cumulative Shem birth, and R for regular Creation:
F = 4836 + 460c
S = F + 600
R = 4121 + 130c − 215s + 60t
F − R = 715 + 330c + 215s − 60t
S − R = 1315 + 330c + 215s − 60t
The regular full-430 Creation opening 4121 is 3906 + 215. Its corresponding closing member is 4114. Subtracting seven from F, S and R preserves both gap formulas across the entire comparison.
The differential effect of paired Cainan is 330 = 460 − 130. It changes the cumulative-to-regular gap while leaving Shem's own 600 unchanged. This gives a small arithmetic explanation of the reshuffling:
| Cainan c | Regular −215 s | Regular +60 t | Flood → Creation | Shem → Creation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0 | 0 | 0 | 715 | 1315 |
| 0 | 0 | 1 | 655 | 1255 |
| 0 | 1 | 0 | 930 | 1530 |
| 0 | 1 | 1 | 870 | 1470 |
| 1 | 0 | 0 | 1045 | 1645 |
| 1 | 0 | 1 | 985 | 1585 |
| 1 | 1 | 0 | 1260 | 1860 |
| 1 | 1 | 1 | 1200 | 1800 |
Within this explicitly limited eight-state comparison, Dean's selected final row uniquely supplies the exact 1200/1800 arrangement. This is an enumeration of stated choices, not a statistical significance test. The formula explains the effects of the supplied source constants; it does not derive those constants or prove ancient editorial intention.
5. The 480 + 120 structure remains part of the account
The earlier X discussion established a three-position translation, with File_18 §6A supplying the Warning node and File_63 §8.5 the outer correspondence:
| Position | Cumulative MT upper member | Regular MT full-430 | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shem / Jacob birth | 5436 | 2006 | 3430 |
| Ark Warning / Moses birth | 4956 | 1526 | 3430 |
| Flood / Conquest | 4836 | 1406 | 3430 |
Each path measures 480 + 120 = 600. The Warning is the repository's Genesis 6:3 countdown allocation, not an independently established historical date. The cumulative serial stack also does not become a regular narrative chronology through this correspondence.
The intact block and its internal division answer different questions. The present report asks where the intact 600 sits among larger intervals; the internal-cut investigation asks which source-appointed junction divides it. Both belong in the continuation plan.
6. Other 600-year connections and corrected examples
| Connection | Checked value and qualification |
|---|---|
| SP Shem birth → death → Jacob birth → Conquest | 3206 → 2606 → 2006 → 1406 = 600 + 600 + 600, in File_47 §13.3's full-430 G1 comparison frame. Here all three pieces have named endpoints. |
| Regular Noah birth → matched Flood boundary | 600, with the same source rail retained. Cumulative Noah instead contributes his 950-year lifespan before Shem's 600. |
| Jacob birth → Conquest | 2006 → 1406 = 600. The initial mention of 6 BC was corrected to the named Conquest endpoint. |
| Exile comparison → Nativity | 606 → 6 = 600, using the project's appointed comparison dates. |
| Restoration → civil AD 65 | 536 + 65 − 1 = 600. C1617–C1619 already connect this to the cumulative Shem block through 4900-year comparisons. |
| Abraham birth → Temple | 2166 → 966 = 1200. Jacob→Conquest supplies an internal 600; the exterior 160 + 440 supplies the other 600 as a distributed sum. No event at 1566 is thereby established. |
| Minimum Covenant → Temple | 1866 → 966 = 900, not 600; 2081 − 215 = 1866. |
| Exodus → Temple | 1446 → 966 = 480 in the selected whole-year frame; retain the sources' phase and ordinal/cardinal qualifications. |
These repeated widths should be classified by their roles: lifespan, countdown, translation, whole interval, or distributed sum. They cannot all be counted as independent witnesses. This report opens no additional Gear transport beyond the established Noah/Shem/Flood scope.
7. Bounded inverse consequence
Using the controlling File_52c one-pass reversal of original durations, with trailing-zero places retained:
I(600) = 600
I(480) + I(120) = 840 + 210 = 1050
I(490) + I(110) = 940 + 110 = 1050
Thus atomic inversion preserves the 600, while independently reversing its appointed parts changes the total. Whole-date distances from a held anchor are another operation and do not preserve every original 600-year separation.
The equality of the two 1050 totals is not an independent preference for either cut. As shown in the earlier X note, when two positive two-digit decimal cores with nonzero final digits sum to 60, reversing them and restoring one trailing zero necessarily gives 1050. Named source junctions, rather than that automatic total, must distinguish 480 + 120 from 490 + 110. The new 1800 result above requires no inversion. Deeper mirrors and inverse-of-inverse remain deferred.
8. Interpretation and next bounded study
The strongest new statement is: permitted variants can preserve a source-defined 600-year interval while changing its attachment to other chronological families and larger totals. The paired Cainan effects, regular sojourn choice, and regular Terah choice make this mechanism explicit rather than leaving it as a list of coincidences.
The evidence currently establishes selected correspondences, a compact displacement formula, and named 600 + 1200 and SP 600 + 600 + 600 paths. It does not yet establish that 600 is the universal or principal generator of all manuscript differences.
Proposed C1636: freeze a small register of named 600-year blocks, their source states, endpoint roles, and allowed internal cuts. Begin with cumulative Shem–Flood, regular Noah–Flood, Jacob–Conquest, and the SP three-block corridor. Use the eight-state table above as an already completed baseline. For each permitted comparison, record preserved widths, changed surrounding spans, source-appointed junctions, and failures. First investigate whether the calculated 4696–4689 midpoint has an independently supported role; if none is found, retain 600 + 1200 and state the absence. Compare 480 + 120 and 490 + 110 only where a source appoints the cut. Do not perform a free endpoint search or count known reconstructions as fresh tests.
Verification and provenance
The linked Python verifier and JSON results recompute both ends of every principal envelope, the eight declared variant combinations, the shared 480/120 translation, the SP corridor, the civil 600, and the corrected Covenant/Temple arithmetic. Source hashes bind the report to preserved File_09, File_18, File_22, File_47, File_63 and File_69 editions. The earlier dated X note is retained as supporting discussion with its original status text, not retrospectively renumbered.
Independent source checking confirmed the derivations and the distinction between the two 1866 roles, the fixed cumulative frame, and the still-unnamed 4696–4689 midpoint. C1635's completion advances the action checkpoint to 1635. C1636 remains proposed and unexecuted.
