C281 — The Noah coverage boundary in the restored MT realization

MT retains three600 rectangles and two crosspairs on either side, at598 and602. It does not inherit the six Noah records of SP. The six Flood triangles of C280 remain valid because Flood start/close boundaries are independently present in MT.
In the held full430 frame, add regular Cainan130 and Terah60 to the three MT Noah births. This yields3246,3248,3250 for G1,G2,G3. The transported SP candidates would instead fill every integer3245–3250.

The three birth records compared with all six restored MT Flood boundaries give600 at the same-Gear starts2646,2648,2650. The598 and602 comparisons each occur twice, between adjacent Gears. Full width counts, including599/601 and other mismatches, are retained in the evidence; the analysis does not discard unsuccessful bindings.
The loss of the three even-index Noah counterparts is a source restriction, not an arithmetic failure. The equal signed460 shift carries numerical positions correctly. The SP person-companion mechanism has no admitted MT counterpart. The two field modes and the two source traditions therefore share a comparison pattern on a restricted domain; they do not share every source state.
This sharpens the earlier covariance result. A six-row Flood relation cannot be promoted to a six-row Noah/Flood rectangle without checking both event registers. No additional Gear or MT companion is created to close the diagram. The existing ±1/4 convention remains unchanged; this step concerns source-center availability, not a new seasonal assignment.

Best next bounded step — C282: compare the qualified cumulative ON Shem source with its OFF Flood partner. The known598 and460 suggest1058=2K; test whether a retained regular endpoint completes that tagged route to17K. This directly tests Dean's598+460 observation without opening any upstream Gear. High is sufficient.
