The primary598 interval has a complete650 image under the existing Noah-held E comparison. Both endpoints match actual Shem records:

The first endpoint match is the460→500 relation already checked in C325; the second is the1058→1150 relation in C338. Their joint interval image is therefore a connected reading of existing results. C01 already recorded598/650 scalar and source gains in another placement.
The two ratios give different, source-realized outputs:598×300/299=600 and598×25/23=650. Their quotient is12/13, hence600:650=12:13. This does not license a new12/13 source operator or identify the endpoint pairs.
Companion images do not match their actual Shem records. In the named502/98 control, the actual primary Shem pair remains650 apart, but both selected Shem endpoints lie two years below the E images. Equal interval length alone does not supply the same endpoint map.
The next question is whether File_02’s gap conversion can also represent the coherent change of Noah’s complete biography. That distinction matters before treating its successful birth-endpoint match as a full affine action.

C347, proposed and unexecuted: Compare the300/299 birth-endpoint realization with the complete admitted MT Noah birth/death pairs. Test whether it is a950-preserving Gear translation or a whole-biography affine scaling, and retain their distinct source permissions.
Both ratios now have explicit endpoint interpretations. The strongest remaining ambiguity is whether a successful gap conversion also transports a biography.
