C42 — The full 6877 expansion joins 19 and 22, while 24 selects N01

The new source bindings sharpen the coexistence table:

N02 and N04 carry the full 6877 expansion together with the new 19-fold and 22-fold paths. The longer 24-fold joined path selects N01. Its simple Creation-to-reflected-Flood 13-fold prefix remains valid, but its required MT Noah 3055 BC is absent from the ordinary MT birth field.
Therefore “13 and 24 cannot coexist” would be incorrect. They do coexist on N01 as intervals. The narrower, correct statement is that the full Creation–Flood–Noah expansion and the complete left-head 24-fold chain do not coexist on a single admitted indexed branch. They can still occur on different branches of the same project model.
P6 retains its old 10/17/20 base but would need ON cumulative Shem 6342 BC for this extension, below the field's 6343 limit. Its new 19/22 attachments therefore remain excluded. The added families do not silently expand the source domains.
This completes the second ten-step block. The final block will consolidate the extended graph and test which constraints, endpoint distinctions and failure modes actually support these relationships.
Validation. 5 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The ten frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.
Scope and provenance. Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.
