C61 — The 24-fold paired Mirror preserves the exact 3.5-year Aaron phase

22 September 2026 · Step 9 of the authorized ten-step Mirror continuation (C53–C62).

The paired 12696-year interval does not require discarding the Aaron phase. File_09's simplified Julian proof coordinates place Nisan at the quarter-year and Tishri at the three-quarter-year. Applying them to the derived Shem Moses line 6345n gives the Aaron/Tishri component 6349t BC, exactly 3.5 years earlier.

The source's Aaron-column value 6348.5 is its Nisan-reference numerical phase label. The ordinary three-year member is 6348n. Together the seasonal comparison pair is

6349t/6348n BC⟶AD 6348t/6349n. 6349t/6348n\ \mathrm{BC}\longrightarrow \mathrm{AD}\ 6348t/6349n.

The BC pair has coordinates −6348.25 and −6347.75, centred at −6348. Its AD counterpart has coordinates +6347.75 and +6348.25, centred at +6348. Both pairs are half a year wide. The reflected point sets agree exactly; the same-season component spans are both 12696=24K.

Thus 6348.5 identifies the exact Tishri component in the cumulative phase display; it is not an instruction to shift the paired centre from 6348 to 6348.5. The whole-year role and exact phase coexist as File_09 requires. This is a derived application of its phase model, not a new astronomical calendar calculation or an added source date row.

The standalone single-date convention is different. 6349t BC→AD 6349t spans 12697; 6348n BC→AD 6348n spans 12695. Those are valid single-date comparisons but are not the paired 24-fold construction. Merely doubling the displayed 6348.5 produces the former value and does not compute the paired span.

There is a useful negative control: writing the AD pair incorrectly as 6348n/6349t retains its numeric centre +6348 but makes its internal width 1.5 years. The component spans become 12695.5 and 12696.5. Correct centres alone therefore cannot verify the phase-resolved Mirror. Suffix inversion and component-wise checks are essential.

The same calculation verifies all four 20/22/24 rectangle intervals with their proper seasonal pairs. No regular Gear or cumulative lifespan is changed.

Validation. 11 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The 13 frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.

Scope and provenance. Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.

Source locators. File_09 §0.4 rules 21–22 and the Creation Cell / Aaron Phase guard (week anatomy), §3 (paired Mirror); File_18 §§4.2 and 6A–6D (lifespans and cumulative fields); frozen C15/C16/C22 and C43/C46/C48/C50/C52 certificates (retained graph, unit, and domains).

Best next bounded step — High sufficient. Synthesize C53–C61 and publish the ten-step checkpoint, preserving the source/phase distinctions and their limits.
