C73 — The twice-expanded 11-fold interval reaches a retained Flood start

The two-year relation has an endpoint realization on both existing full Creation branches. Hold the same fixed SP Creation member and expand its retained 11×529 Conquest comparison twice by 25/23, using the phase-preserving map verified in C65:

The final pairs are MT G1 Flood start for N02 and MT G2 Flood start for N04. They stand two years before the original reflected G2/G3 starts used by 6877. Thus 6875 and 6877 have distinct, retained Flood endpoints against the same Creation origin.

The new lower Flood endpoint and the already retained MT Noah birth belong to the same Gear: their interval is 600. The old upper Flood endpoint and that Noah birth belong to adjacent Gears: their interval is 598. No Flood-close substitution or SP person companion is involved in this two-year difference.

The two expansions add 506=22×23 and 550=22×25. Both seasonal components check exactly, while the internal pair remains half a year wide. The intermediate coordinates 1906/1908 are generated here; their precise cumulative source role is established separately in C74.

C09 previously listed 6325 and 6875 as formal scalar images of the 11-fold family. This step adds the bounded Flood endpoint realization under the specified fixed anchors. It does not promote every expanded 11-fold placement or the proposed full-week 300→299 Creation compression.

Validation. 12 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The 15 frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.

Scope and provenance. Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.
