The journal contains100 sequential actions, each with a question, fixed inputs, results, checks and reassessment. Some actions synthesize, review or verify the research. Action/check counts are not independent numerical discoveries, historical proofs or significance tests. C631 is the pinned predecessor; earlier research suites need not be replayed.
To verify an extracted archive, run python3 evidence/verify.py from the extracted cycle directory. This checks the frozen sources, journal chain and exact scripts without mutating the journal. When original sources are available at their mapped locations, add --require-current-sources. Missing external originals are otherwise reported; their absence does not weaken the included snapshot-hash check. The final VERIFY.json records the completed100-action run.

Canonical sources were not edited. Literal source tables, independent reviews, figure code and intermediate drafts are retained for provenance.

Scope stays bounded: no second decimal reversal, no new upstream Gear transport, no primer reopening, and no remote SKL extension. Supplement A§13 retains its working-amendment status. The final checkpoint states the next unexecuted step.
