C78 — 300/299 maps the companion midpoint chain to the primary midpoint chain

Hold the reflected MT Noah pair fixed and expand each comparison distance from it by 300/299. For both complete old branches, this takes all three named stations to the new source-qualified stations:

With m the held Noah centre, the map is Eₘ(x)=m+(300/299)(x−m). It moves the Flood by −2, the midpoint by −1, and Noah by zero. Its inverse 299/300 restores the original three records.

This is an exact source-qualified realization of the ratio at the Noah/Flood hinge. It changes the role bindings coherently: next-Gear Flood start becomes same-Gear start; next-Gear SP companion death becomes same-Gear primary death; MT Noah birth stays fixed. It is not an ordinary uniform Gear translation.

The phase-preserving lift uses the corresponding seasonal Noah component as anchor. It maps both rails exactly and preserves the half-year pair width. Reflection gives the corresponding BC-side map with the reflected anchor. No regular event outside Noah/Shem/Flood receives Gear movement.

This local result does not yet authorize applying the map to every point of the full Creation chain. The next step checks its Creation image and the far SP Noah endpoint against their own source fields.

Validation. 10 exact arithmetic/structural checks passed. The 15 frozen dependencies passed hash verification; all three generated outputs replayed byte for byte in isolation, and the original dependencies remained unchanged. This step reads completed certificates and does not execute their campaigns.

Scope and provenance. Controlling File_18 and File_09 remain unchanged. Regular Gears apply only to Noah/Shem/Flood; SP person companions only to Noah/Shem. Creation and Conquest fields remain fixed. Native LXX ON, explicitly derived OFF, independent Flood start/close, and paired suffix inversion at January AD 1 remain in force. No civil year zero, upstream Gear transport, primers, Rounded campaign, or localized −33 is introduced. These are new continuation reports, not recovered historical Reports 11–25. Evidence is conditional on the supplied project model, not a proof of literary intention or independent historical dating.
